Yes, All Macaloy Cleaners are safe for use around pets. Always use common sense when using in pet areas. Never leave puddles or containers of cleaning solution where pets or wildlife can drink, because Macaloy cleaning products can cause diarrhea when consumed in large quantities. Our eco friendly All Purpose cleaner will not cause long lasting effects in pets or wild life.

Company — Are Macaloy Cleaning products made in the USA?

Macaloy Cleaning products have been made in Colorado for over 40 years. Macaloy has moved from Lakewood to Black Hawk Colorado. So we have always been in Colorado and our products are made in the USA.

Economical All Purpose Cleaner — What makes Macaloy Eco Friendly All Purpose Cleaner economical?

Most cleaning jobs are effectively performed at the general cleaning dilution ratio of 16-32 parts water to one part of Macaloy Products. Which means 1 cap full of Macaloy All Purpose cleaner to 16 oz or 32 oz of water in a spray bottle. That means you get

By following the directions and putting one scoop of laundry soap for each load the user gets a better clean, leaving no residue in clothes or washer. The benefits are:

Expiration — What is the shelf life of Macaloy Cleaning products?

The majority of Macaloy Cleaning products have no shelf life. However it could lose some cleaning efficiency after 5 years. .

All of our lotions are vegetable based. This means that the shelf life is two (2) yearss

Fragrance — What type of fragrance does Macaloy Cleaning products use?

Macaloy Cleaning products contain no synthetic or natural fragrances. This is to provide hypoallergenic products to our consumers. The consumer may add a fragrance of their choosing once purchased.

Laminate — Is Macaloy All Purpose Cleaner safe for use on laminate flooring and other laminate surfaces?

Macaloy All Purpose Cleaner is safe and effective for use on laminate.

 

Laundry — Can Macaloy All Purpose Cleaner be used in the laundry?

Macaloy All Purpose Cleaner can be used as an additive or to pre-treat stains on greasy or heavily soiled laundry fabric. It can be used in High Efficiency (HE) washers. To pre-treat, spray the spot with full strength Macaloy All Purpose Cleaner.

 

Laundry Soap — Is the Macaloy Laundry Soap hypoallergenic? Our hypoallergenic laundry soap/detergent is biodegradable and nontoxic. It can be  used in cold or hot water. Does not irritate skin because we use 

hypoallergenic laundry detergent

It is called Methylsulfonylemethane or MSM for short. MSM is naturally derived from processing trees. Its 34% sulfer which is the 4th most important compound in your body. As you age your body slowly stops making the sulfer. Which then starts causing pain. By adding MSM back into your system it starts helping with pain relief. MSM relieves pain in backs, headaches, muscles, arthritis, and athletic injuries. It helps with allergies and much more.

The Barbadensis Miller aloe vera gel gets the MSM through the skin and into the muscle which reduces swelling and relieves pain.

Septic — Are Macaloy Cleaners and Laundry Soap safe for septic systems?

Yes. Macaloy Cleaners and Laundry Soap are septic safe. They will not affect the good bacteria or enzymes that keep a septic system free flowing.

Temperature — What temperature should Macaloy Cleaners be stored?

Macaloy Cleaners should be stored at ambient room conditions of 70°F (21°C) . Excessive and prolonged heat, cold and direct sunlight will result in a loss of effectiveness.

Vegetation — Are Macaloy Cleaners and Laundry Soap safe for vegetation?

Macaloy Cleaners and Laundry Soap will not harm grass or flowers, however it's always a good to rinse foliage after it has had contact with the product. Macaloy Cleaners and Laundry Soap are readily biodegradable. The product will break down by bacteria in soil and not persist in the environment.
